A HOLISTIC & SUSTAINABLE APPROACH DIVERTING LANDFILL & CREATING ESSENTIAL ORGANIC SOIL-FORTIFYING PRODUCTS

- Recovery
Agricultural resource > Nutrient rich inputs (chicken, sheep & cow) from farming – providing nutrient
Municipal greens > Organic greens from city councils & commercial forestry – providing carbon
Organic resource > From other commercial activities – tree loppers, lawn mowers & food manufacturing to reuse & repurpose
2. Grind & Shred > Green stocks are sorted & shred to smaller pieces
3. Enclosed Forced Aeration > Oxygen is pumped for 4 weeks to allow aerobic pasteurisation, product is broken down with microbes, removing potential pathogens
4. Preparation > Mix feed stock & add moisture from recycled, nutrient rich dam water
5. Compost > Outdoor composting in windrows at 600C or more for 8 weeks
6. Screen & Grade > Compost is screened, graded, sorted for size & application
7. Organic Product > Ready-to-use product is bagged, packed in bulka bags or transported unpacked in bulk
OUT > Organic soil products for wholesale to retail, horticultural & landscaping markets
